These answers cover signing in, dashboard access, and how screening records work. For anything not here, contact the Radiology Department.
How do I sign in?
Use the email and password you registered with on the sign-in page. If you have forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password” link there to receive a reset email.
How do I get access to the reviewer dashboard?
Creating an account only creates your sign-in credentials. Access to screening records is granted separately by your Radiology manager. If you need dashboard access, ask your manager to grant it under People & roles.
How long is a completed screening valid?
A completed MRI safety screening is valid for one year. When a staff member submits a new screening, it supersedes the previous one; the earlier answers are retained in the record’s history for reference.
A response was flagged — what does that mean?
Certain answers (implants, devices, prior surgery, and similar) are flagged for a reviewer to confirm before the person enters the MRI environment. Flagged screenings appear under Flagged responses on the dashboard. A flag is a prompt for clinical judgment, not a clearance decision on its own.
How do I manage notifications and devices?
Choose which alerts you receive under Notification preferences in Settings. Push notifications are delivered to devices you have signed in on; review and sign out devices under My devices.
Where can I update my profile?
Open your Profile to update the display name reviewers see next to your notes. Your access role and grant history are shown there as well.
Is my information private?
Yes. Screening information is protected health information and access is logged. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details on how it is collected, used, and retained.
